Looba is designed to index, centralize, and make more accessible UI snippets, front-end inspirations, and code excerpts publicly shared across different platforms.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Looba operates as a content discovery and indexing platform whose purpose is to regroup snippets and inspirations from different communities in one place.
- UI snippets
- Front-end inspirations
- Code excerpts publicly shared on third-party platforms
Looba’s role is to improve discoverability and accessibility of such content, not to claim authorship over it.
2. Attribution of Original Sources
Looba does not claim ownership of content originally published by third parties.
- For each indexed item originating from an external source, the original source is displayed visibly on the relevant post
- This attribution is intended to clearly identify the original author, platform, or publication
- Looba acts as a referencing and aggregation layer, with clear source indication
The objective is to direct users back to the original source while making cross-platform discovery easier.
3. Uiverse Content and MIT Licensing
Where content originates from Uiverse, its indexing and reuse fall within the scope of the MIT license announced by that platform for UI elements published on its website.
- Such content is not considered “stolen” by Looba
- The MIT license is a permissive license allowing use, copying, modification, and integration
- Any such use remains subject to compliance with the applicable license terms
- This may include preserving copyright notices and license notices where required
Important Clarification
When Looba references Uiverse content, it does so on the basis that this content is published under a permissive license framework announced by that platform, and not as unlawfully copied material.
4. Content from Other Platforms, Including Telegram
For content originating from other platforms, including Telegram, Looba acts solely as an indexing and aggregation tool, without any transfer of intellectual property rights to Looba.
- All rights in such content remain with their respective authors or rights holders
- Looba does not claim ownership, authorship, or exclusive control over that content
- Any reuse of such content remains subject to the terms of the original platform and applicable intellectual property law
Looba’s inclusion of such content is intended for referencing, curation, and source redirection purposes only.
5. No Misappropriation of Third-Party Content
Looba operates in a logic of curation, showcasing, and redirection to original sources.
- Looba does not represent indexed content as its own creation
- Looba does not assert any transfer of rights in favor of the platform
- The platform’s purpose is to regroup publicly shared snippets and inspirations from different communities
Accordingly, Looba should not be understood as appropriating or misrepresenting the authorship of third-party content referenced on the platform.
6. Requests for Correction or Removal
If an author, rights holder, or platform representative submits a legitimate request concerning indexed content, Looba may review requests relating to:
- Source attribution updates
- Attribution corrections
- Content removal
Each request may be examined on a case-by-case basis.
7. Contact
For any complaint, claim, or request relating to indexed third-party content, Looba may be contacted at the address provided in the website’s legal notice.
